Each coaching session is tailored specifically to you and your objectives, aiming to unlock your full potential and overcome any barriers holding you back. 

My coaching approach operates on two levels. We'll address your external layer, working towards the goals you've set for yourself, while simultaneously delving into your inner layer. Here, we'll identify the root causes of any obstacles and then go through a rerooting process as we tap into your inner strengths to drive systemic breakthroughs and accelerated growth. 

This will allow you to work through even the most resistant of issues, with continued guidance and support from a trained expert along the way.

  • Professionally trained by the International Coaching Federation accredited Tokyo Coaching Association and the neuroscience-based mental fitness program Positive Intelligence, my practice seamlessly integrates these elements. It's backed by a background in Sociology, certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) and over 8 years of work in social impact and wellness and my practice seamlessly integrates all these elements.

    With that being said, I consider one of my greatest assets as a Transition & Wellness Coach to be my ability to cultivate a judgement-free, safe space. Having lived in 3 countries and embraced a multicultural upbringing, this has become an innate superpower of mine. You can trust that I will greet you with genuine warmth and kindness, making reliability and trustworthiness integral aspects of our coaching journey together.

  • My coaching methodology enables individuals to transition to embracing authentic, meaningful actions as their instinctive next steps within a safe and supportive journey.

    By using your core values, vision and goals as our compass, we embark on a collaborative journey over several sessions to craft and lead a life that is most authentic to you. Together, we'll assess where you are currently, establish pivotal objectives and work on bridging the existing gaps.

    Distinguished from consulting and mentoring, coaching empowers individuals to uncover their own answers. As your Coach, my role is to get you to view your situation from various angles, cultivate deep self-awareness, and empower you to create change.
